Their wines embody a Zen-like essence, leaving a serene and introspective finish.This wine uses a DIAM30 cork. The color is a lustrous pink. The aroma intensity is moderate but expands with swirling. It has a notably sweet fragrance, and for a Japanese Pinot Noir, the aroma is quite pronounced. The attack is vibrant at first, followed by a sharp finish. The acidity is also sharp, while the tannins are finely textured with a long-lasting aftertaste.
